Shipping, Return, and Non-Receipt Policy – Jood
Shipping:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days within the country, depending on the city.
In case of any delay beyond our control, the customer will be notified immediately.
Non-Receipt:
If the customer refuses to receive the order with Cash on Delivery or fails to respond to the courier, the store has the right to:
- Cancel the order and deny the customer the option of Cash on Delivery in the future.
- Claim the shipping or return costs if the order has already been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges:
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used.
Used, personal, or customized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
If the reason for return or exchange is not due to a store error, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
To complete the return or exchange, please contact Customer Service and provide your order number and details.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product has been inspected.

- If there is a mistake or product damage caused by us, we will bear all shipping and return costs.
